Adrienne N. Wall

Ms. Wall’s current practice focuses on representing commercial banks in connection with commercial lending transactions, including development loans, construction loans, purchase-money loans, C&I transactions, multi-state transactions and refinances and modifications of outstanding loans. Ms. Wall also represents Farm Credit associations in connection with Farm Credit and consumer lending transactions, and advises her Farm Credit clients with regard to the Farm Credit Administration regulations and consumer compliance regulations, including TILA, RESPA, ECOA, and FCRA/FACTA. In addition, Ms. Wall represents clients in connection with the purchase and sale of commercial properties, including owner-occupied, single-tenant and multi-tenant properties. Prior to joining Pappas Law Group, Ms. Wall was the Assistant General Counsel at Lone Star Ag Credit, a Farm Credit association.
