Melissa Mahaffey Tucker

Ms. Tucker’s clients include state and federally chartered financial institutions, closely held businesses, real estate developers and investors, and other entrepreneurs.  Her areas of focus are transactional in nature.  Ms. Tucker has extensive experience representing commercial banks in connection with commercial lending transactions, including development loans, construction loans, purchase-money loans, C&I transactions, multi-state transactions and refinances and modifications of outstanding loans.   In addition, Ms. Tucker has experience representing clients in connection with the purchase and sale of commercial properties, including owner-occupied, single-tenant and multi-tenant properties.  She also has experience handling corporate transactions, including business structuring and mergers and acquisitions.
